In February 2015, Mr. Leynaud helped earn one of the largest settlements ever in Bureau County ($2,150,000.00) for victims of a severe automobile accident in January 2009 that resulted in the death of one of the passengers. The settlement appeared in the October 2015 edition of Chicago Lawyer, highlighting the year’s largest settlements. It was 20th among all settlements outside Cook County.
Largest recovery obtained ($1,150.000.00) for loss of society damages for single person with no dependents under Wrongful Death Act, Circuit Court of Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Bureau County, Illinois.
